Crowd cheering the Tucson Senior Olympics Registration entry dates are October 19, 2009 through January 1, 2010. Final Registration deadline is January 1, 2009. (must be postmarked by).

Note: Any registration received after January 1, 2010 will be subject to a $3 per event late fee.

No registrations will be accepted after January 11, 2010 (or postmarked by).

Individual participants must complete the Individual Events Entry and Waiver Form. Submit the completed form along with appropriate payment for total participation fees and fees for additional items (pins, t-shirts). See Individual Entry Form for pin and t-shirt costs.

Refer to the Schedule of Events and Map for dates, times and locations of events to avoid scheduling conflicts and to allow transportation time between events.

Doubles sports (Badminton, Bridge, Croquet, Pickleball, Pinochle Shuffleboard, Table Tennis and Tennis only) are now considered a doubles event and you must register using the doubles entry form.

Team captain/manager (Basketball 3-on-3, Bocce and Volleyball only), please fill in and submit Team Entry Form.

Pre-purchased t-shirts and pins will be available during the Opening Ceremony/Senior Expo, Saturday, January 23 from 11am-2pm.

NOTE: T-shirts will only be available at Opening Ceremonies, event sites, and at the Southwest District.

Confirmation sheets will need to be shown in order to claim t-shirts and pins. If you are unable to attend the Opening Ceremonies, t-shirts and pins will be sent to one of your scheduled events. After January 31, you may pick-up your t-shirts and pins at the Senior Olympic Festival office located in the Tucson Parks and Recreation/Southwest District office from 9am-4pm.

Driving directions to Senior Olympic office—from Park and Ajo travel 1 block south on Ajo to Palmdale. Turn east on Palmdale, follow Palmdale around until it becomes Santa Rita. The Southwest District Senior Olympic office is on the right. Look for the American flag!

Individual Activities Events

All participants are to participate in the age category of their 2010 birthday. For example: if a lady is turning 60 in December of 2010, she is to compete in the 60-64 category (even though she will be 59 at the time of competition). *Players must present valid picture I.D. before start of competition.
